Abstract
We decide to help the people in Jenin city to build a cultural center, according to its need, which contains a range of deferent services and meet all the desires of different people in one place, and to overcome the difficulties of mobility between other sections of people by collecting them in one place, in our views it will upgrade the city to have a civilized and beautiful appearance.
The center has a cultural library which contains all kinds of books including an electronic library and special places for reading. It is also containing rooms for conferences and places to have a rest, meeting rooms and exhibition. Moreover, there are special places for eating in addition to some offices, scientific centers, emergency room, parking and entertainment gardens around the building.
The form of the center was selected as the form of a curves line.
We faced some difficulties in the distribution the sections inside the center and its architectural appearance. The city was chosen because of its need to centers like this.
