Further, the study aimed to identify the effect of the study variables such as gender, academic qualification, management experience, and the level of administrative empowerment of secondary school principals in the central governorates of the West Bank and their contribution to professional affiliation from the point of view of school principals themselves. The researcher adopted a descriptive methodology for his title and topic of study. In order to achieve the study objectives, the researcher developed a questionnaire compsed of (70) items that divided into two domains: (administrative empowerment and professional affiliation). The Administrative empowerment domain consists of four supdomains. Moreover, the professional affiliation domain consists of three subdomains. The questionnaire was distributed on a stratified random sample of (160) individuals out of (194) who made (82.5%) of the study population. After compilation, it was coded, and entered into the computer and processed statistically using the statistical packages of social sciences (SPSS). The result of the study showed the following results: 1.The level of administrative empowerment of secondary school principals in West Bank central governorates from the point of view of principals in the study sample was high. 2. The level of professional affiliation among high school principals in West Bank central governorates from the viewpoints of principals was high in loyalty to the profession and responsibility towards the school subdomains, furthermore, it was moderate in the elements affecting the professional affiliation domain. 3- the results indicate that there was a signifcnat coorelation between professional affiliation and administrative empowerment among high school principals in West Bank central governorates from the viewpoints of principals; the coorelation coffeicent was equal to (0.675) which is candied high. In light of the study results, the researcher suggested a number of recommendations, the most important of which were: - the emphasis on the importance of school principals training on administrative empowerment skills related to the moderate aspects of application of administrative empowerment and achieve opportunities for professional affiliation correctly. - Work to overcome all the central constraints that limit the empowerment of school principals to carry out their tasks.
