Abstract
Halawa Building is a private building located in the city of Nablus, where there is an exhibition of HVAC to the owner, which is considered a commercial building, and in this project in the city of Nablus, this building will be redesigned in all respects to obtain an integrated building. Where first, the information collected through research and review of literature and books covering topics related to it.
An integrated building built in terms of redesign, modification of architectural plans and environmental analysis and then the choice of the structural system that suits the modifications. First, the architectural modification, which includes the spaces and the arrangement of the spaces according to the existing space and the environmental design, which includes natural and industrial illumination, and natural and mechanical ventilation systems as well.
Then the appropriate structural design is carried out taking into account the seismic and economic aspects, and then the mechanical design, which includes adaptation and cooling systems and water and sanitation facilities, and then some costs are calculated for the project, and all of this done through the use of some programs, including AutoCAD, Revit, and Etabs and some programs on environmental aspect.
