The main idea of the project must be centered on an appropriate design for cars showroom so that it attracts people and encourage them to purchase. The designed showroom complex must contain all of the needs that may be required by the customer about the items provided, such as the existence of places for maintenance, and the availability of spare parts. The reason for choosing this project is the lack of such exhibitions in Palestine and the need of the local market for this kind of projects.   The architectural challenge is considered the most important challenge that we faced during the design of the project. The design must be suitable for the function of cars showroom, and allows people to see the exhibition from outside. In addition to the architectural challenge the structural challenge is also important during the design process, so that we will try to design the showroom with least possible number of columns in the middle of the exhibition, because these columns will prevent the freedom of movement of vehicles. Besides those things we must take into account the environmental aspect, and its impact on the design process, so that the project must be environmentally friendly and energy-efficient.   To let the design process to be valid, we must be design the project based on accepted international standards and specifications, and the spaces must be distributed in the right way so as to achieve the architectural function of the project. To achieve this we depended on the case studies that we analyzed, the literature review, and questioning the owners of car exhibitions for their desires and items to be present in cars showrooms. In addition to that, we have researched and investigated the best structural, environmental, electrical and mechanical systems, which we can implement in this project. To complete the design process, we used the appropriate programs to analyze and simulate and design of these systems.   The project is designed on land, which is located in Nablus area, at Beit-Wazzan town with a total area of 7000 m2.en
