dc.description.abstract	قرية النبي الياس من القرى التابعة لمحافظة قلقيلية، وتكتسب أهمية كبيرة بسبب موقعها الجغرافي كمنطقة حدودية، وهي من القرى الفلسطينية المعرضة لانتهاكات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي المستمرة، من مصادرة الأراضي لبناء المستعمرات وشق الطرق الالتفافية وبناء جدار الفصل العنصري، ناهيك عن الإهمال المستمر لها على صعيد المشاريع التنموية. يهدف هذا البحث بشكل أساسي الى وضع مقترح تخطيطي لتوسع القرية المستقبلي في إطار التحديات القائمة، وتكمن أهمية هذه الدراسة في الحاجة المحلة لدراسة الواقع الحالي في قرية النبي الياس نظرا لمحدودية الحيز المكاني فيها وعدم كفايته لتوسعها بشكل صحيح، وذلك بسبب وجود جدار الفصل العنصري الذي صادر نسبة كبيرة من أراضي القرية ومستوطنة الفي منشيه التي أقيمت على الأراضيمن الجهة الجنوبية. وقد كانت منهجية الدراسة مبنية على محاور ثلاث وهي: المحور الأول وهو الإطار العام النظري الذي تناول خلفية عن المفاهيم والاسس النظرية ذات العلاقة بالتخطيط في ظل التحديات والمعوقات، أما المحور الثاني فهو إطار المعلوماتي الذي تناول دراسة الواقع الحالي والخصائص الجغرافية والعمراني في القرية، والمحور الثالث وهو الإطار التحليل والتقييمي وذلك عن طريق ربط النظريات والمفاهيم بالإطار المعلوماتي باستخدام الأسلوب الاستنتاجي والتحليل. واعتمد البحث على المسوحات الميدانية للتعرف على المشاكل بشكل اوضح، واخذ اراء المواطنين بالحلول المقترحة والمناسبة. اوصت هذه الدراسة بضرورة تقوية الروابط بين قرية النبي الياس والقرى المجاورة، بالإضافة الي تنمية القرية زراعيا للاهتمام بهويتها بشكل أكبر. An Nabi Elias village is a Palestinian village in the Qalqilya Governorate, and it is an area located at the boundaries so it's an important site. Moreover, it faces a lot of problems and obstacles caused by the continuous procedures done by the Zionist occupation through confiscating the land to build up settlements and open detour roads and most importantly to construct the Separation Wall, in which this village wasn’t exposed to any care or attention by the PNA on the level of the development projects. The importance of this study lies in the urgent need to study the existing reality for the village when noticing the limitation of the spatial expansion in it where there is no enough space to be freely expanded in the right way and this is because of the existing of the separation wall and AlfiManashi settlement. The study methodology is based on three axes: First axis is the generalized theoretical axis which contains the theoretical foundations and concepts which is related to the planning within the obstacles and challenges. The second axis is the informative axis which studies the actual situation and the geographic & physical characteristics of the city. The third axis is the analytical and assessment axis through bonding the theories and the concepts with the informative axis through using the concluding and analytical methods. One of the important results which the study achieved is a detailed plan for the village. The study recommended in the necessity of making a strong relation between An Nabi Elias village with the surrounded villages, and saving the agricultural identity for the village.	en_US
