| dc.description.abstract | Abstract ● Purpose: This project aims to digitize and streamline the wedding hall reservation process in Palestine by creating an intelligent MIS-based platform that replaces manual and inefficient booking methods. ● Problem Statement: Traditional booking systems rely on in-person visits and phone calls, leading to time consumption, booking conflicts, lack of transparency, and poor customer experience. ● Methodology: The system was developed using a user-centered approach, supported by field research, surveys, interviews, and competitor analysis. The platform architecture follows modern web development practices and integrates real-time availability, admin/user/hall manager dashboards, CRM, and security features. ● Key Findings: Survey results showed that 80.5% of users prefer online booking. Over 68% faced difficulties with manual modifications and cancellations. The new system significantly improves user satisfaction, reduces booking errors, and enhances management efficiency for hall owners. ● Conclusion: Evently proves the viability and value of implementing an MIS solution in a culturally and logistically complex environment. The system meets a clear market demand, improves user experience, and lays the foundation for scalable digital transformation in the event reservation sector. | |
