This chapter of the study deals with an introduction to the application of the management system and a general introduction to Aziza farm, as well as clarification of the sequence of production process and tools inside the farm in addition to other facilities and supported by pictures from the farm Then some of the problems observed on the farm are presented, followed by the objectives on which the project is based.
Management system improvement is a system of techniques and activities for managing manufacturing and developing a production process or service. Sometimes the techniques and activities differ, but they have the same basic principle, which is an advanced administrative system that leads to the improvement of the production process with the elimination of all non-value-added activities and not to waste work that wastes time, effort and money.
This system has been applied in many sectors of cow farms, where there are many studies and research that confirm and prove the importance of its application in this field, as it showed many results that improve and organize the chain of operations on the farm. Therefore, we chose to apply it in Aziza farm, which works in raising dairy cows to benefit from their daily production and work to increase production and develop the farm.

Lack of experts and qualified personnel within the farm. The high cost of modern tools. Uncontrollable summer temperatures. The geographical location of the farm is bad for raising cows because it is in a mountain and the land is not flat. Staff instability so that staff changes constantly. Limited availability of data and information needed to complete the project.
In the fourth chapter, we defined the Aziza farm in detail, and then we analyzed all the collected data and provided a comprehensive overview of the results and analyzed the
