Abstract
This graduation project aims to design a Joint Services Center that serves the local population by providing a comprehensive range of essential services, including healthcare, engineering services, and facilities dedicated to cultural and heritage-related functions. The project reflects the identity and needs of the local community through its multi-functional approach.
The initiative responds to the area's urgent need for a well-developed service infrastructure that eases the burden on residents by consolidating various services under one roof. The site has been carefully selected to serve the widest possible segment of surrounding villages, ensuring accessibility and connection to major transportation routes.
The project focuses on revitalizing the surrounding area and stimulating both social and economic activity by offering quality services that combine modern architectural elements with authentic traditional design. This integration creates a distinctive identity that blends contemporary functionality with cultural heritage.
Ultimately, the project aims to foster a more interactive environment between citizens and service institutions. It is a step toward organized and sustainable rural development, based on meeting the real needs of the population and enhancing the quality of life within the local community.
