dc.description.abstractA technological project, targeting hotels and tourist lodges, to improve their business and increase their profits, through business intelligence. As it collects and analyzes data to predict the types of potential customers and their segmentation using clustering and RFM. Additionally, it uses association rules to identify the preferred services by customers to continue providing and developing them. In addition to developing an interactive dashboard to identify KPIs, present data and reports in a simplified manner, so that managers and decision-makers can make the best decision for the company's future and thus increase profits. The project is not limited to data analysis, where the analysis and reports are used to build a distinctive marketing strategy and launch advertising campaigns via e-mail .en_US
