The study aimed at identifying the learning loss in Arabic language and mathematics for second-grade students after the Corona pandemic To achieve the study’s goals, the analytical and descriptive approach was adopted. The exam was selected as a method of the study, whose validity and reliability were confirmed. The study sample consisted of (198) male and female students from the second grade in public schools affiliated to the directorates of education in Jericho, Salfit, Tulkarm and south of Nablus. The study concluded the following results. First, there was a learning loss among second-grade students in the skills and concepts of the Arabic language at 40%. Second, the students had a learning loss in the skills and concepts of mathematics at 33%. Moreover, the study found that there are statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) in learning loss in the total of the Math test attributed to the gender variable, in favor of males. In light of the above-mentioned findings, several recommendations were made and the following are some of them. Compensating the basic knowledge and skills that second-grade students must possess in Arabic language and mathematics must be focused on. Modern teaching strategies and methods that help to compensate for learning loss among students should be developed. Furthermore, the summer vacation or part of it should be exploited to compensate what students have messed. Finally, supportive education should be promoted to treat the learning loss among students.en_US
