Abstract
This project is an integrated designing a telecommunications company building (JAWWAL Company) .It represent an office building, it was chosen to provide an efficient design for the office building. Also this project is important for the company because it represent a major branch in the region, and give general impression among customers and visitors about what their services. The objectives of this study that have been done, collection all the data needed for the design stage and doing a site visit to collect a required data related to the site. The data subjects that covered are an architectural, construction and environmental issues. As well as to take into account things such as mechanical and electrical. In addition to meet the needs of the company in terms of the number of offices and the offices of employees, public facilities and attention to elements of public safety and other needed function . The methodology that have been followed firstly, architectural design, environment design, structural design, electrical and mechanical design, and bill of quantity estimation.
