This project explores the fundamental concepts behind the emerging field of site-specific propagation modeling for wireless communication systems. Moreover, brief survey of existing ray-tracing based site-specific propagation models were presented. This study to characterize the indoor channel for Wi-Fi local area networks at 2.4 GHz frequency. This project presents a channel model based on measurements conducted in commonly found scenarios in second floor in engineering college at an-Najah National University. In last project the mobile phone was used to take actual measurements to compare with the software measurements from Wireless InSite program, using these measurements to know location of user depending on RSSI.We use another technique (TOA) to see the difference in the results in previous technique. To see a relation between AOA and received power, we used Music algorithm and also, we can figure out where is a peak power at specific AOAen_US
