Abstract
This project is unique for this type of centers is not common in our country, this place
Would be a very good option to meet the needs and desires of young people who want
Something different and want to fill their time and energies unloading.
The main objective of this design project is to provide comfortable spaces that help young
people by making life more fun through the exploitation of the large potential they have. Also
it gives us a good opportunity to design this kind of center which will include many spaces
together in one center, also this design standard which is being recognized worldwide as an
energy efficient environmentally friendly high quality building design. Passive building is
buildings which make efficient use of the solar gain, internal heat sources and heat recovery
systems to minimize the use of conventional heating systems in winter. And, in summer, these
houses use passive cooling systems to stay comfortably cool without the need of traditional
cooling systems.
Some difficulties that may be faced during the work of this study are:
• This center need a huge operational cost, which it make ahead challenge to design a
building with the lowest possible prices through the correct use of systems available.
• The need for adequate space and choose the appropriate location to build this center one
of the challenges.
Methodology:
• The methodology for this project is based on a literature review, which focuses on
architectural, structural, environmental, mechanical and electrical aspects completely. These
explain the special conditions of the project, using programing to analyses and design the
project.
• It need to collect the data and information about entertainment center as a base for this
project, and take a case study to learn Positive and negatives and the desired needs that the
project achieve the highest possible wellbeing and less running cost of the project .
• Perform a study other aspects of the location, site analysis, and technical aspects.
