Abstract
After collectingdata for the cities of Nablus, Jenin, and Tubas and the connection points that supply
them, several configurations were created for a unified network that supplies these cities with electrical
energy. Four realistic configurations were adopted to design the network so that a comparison could be
made between them to obtain the best configuration from a technical standpoint. [1]
It is necessary to conduct an economic analysis and study that includes transformers, switches,
transmission lines, and the loss in real capacity for each configuration, and obtain the annual cost of
each of them in order to make an economic comparison between them and choose the configuration
that is best from a technical standpoint and the least expensive from an economic standpoint among
them.
After obtaining the best configuration among them (the fourth configuration), a simulation of this
configuration was created and exposed to the most common conditions that the electrical network
could be exposed to, such as the state of maximum and minimum loads, the post-fault state, future
loads, adding the solar system to the network, and taking the steps. The appropriate improvement for
each case, and a summary of that explains the methods of improvement in each case, and also a
summary of the important parameters in each case, such as the voltage ratios, the percentage of real
power losses, the value of the power factor, and the value of the apparent power given by the swing
stabilization point (the swing generator), This is to facilitate comparison between each case and
