| dc.description | سعت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الإحتراق الوظيفي وأثره على أداء العاملين في الضفة الغربية / دوائر ضريبة الدخل في فلسطين. (الانهاك، عدم الإنسانية والإنجاز الشخصي) والأداء العامل، وتطبيقه على عينة قوامها (170) موظفًا بدوائر ضريبة الدخل في فلسطين، تم اختيارهم بطريقة أخذ العينات المقصودة، وتجميعهم وترميزهم، وإدخالهم في الكمبيوتر، ومعالجتهم إحصائيًا باستخدام البرنامجين (spssv22) و(STATA) وقياس صدقهما واستقرارهما، وقد اعتمدت الباحثة في دراستها المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي توصلت من خلاله إلى استنتاجاتها. توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية مباشرة بين الأداء الوظيفي وأبعاد الاحتراق الوظيفي متمثلة في الآتي: (الإرهاق، اللاإنسانية، الإنجاز الشخصي) بقيم معامل ارتباط بيرسون الآتية: (0.38، 0.099، 0.173). كما أن للإرهاق الوظيفي تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية على أداء العاملين في مديريات ضريبة الدخل الفلسطينية في الضفة الغربية.وبناءً على نتائج الدراسة قدمت الباحثة عدة توصيات من أهمها: العمل على تخفيف العبء الوظيفي للموظفين في مديريات ضريبة الدخل، والاهتمام بهم من جميع النواحي. الاحتراق الوظيفي لا يزال موجودا ويتطلب حلا جذريا لذلك اوصت الباحثة باجراء المزيد من الدراسات الميدانية. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The study sought to identify job burnout and its impact on the performance of workers in the West Bank/income tax departments in Palestine. humanity and personal achievement) and working performance, and its application to a sample of (170) employees of income tax departments in Palestine, who were selected by the intended sampling method, grouped, encoded, entered into the computer, and statistically processed using the (spssv22) and (STATA) programs, and their validity and stability were measured. In her study, the researcher adopted the descriptive analytical method, through which she reached her conclusions. There is a direct statistically significant relationship between job performance and the dimensions of job burnout represented in the following: (burnout, inhumanity, personal achievement) with the following Pearson correlation coefficient values: (0.38, 0.099, 0.173). Job fatigue also has a statistically significant impact on the performance of workers in the Palestinian income tax directorates in the West Bank. Based on the results of the study, the researcher made several recommendations, the most important of which are: Work to reduce the job burden of employees in the income tax directorates, and pay attention to them in all respects.
