| dc.description.abstract | The project is aim to design an integrated beauty center and events lounge in the northern part of the city of Nablus. Such a center is not available in the city, where there are separate beauty centers and event lounges, some are miles apart. And what will distinguishes our project is that the lounge will be of large area with no columns. In designing the project, we will take into consideration the architectural, structural, electrical, environmental, mechanical and safety aspects. The form and orientation of the building, and the appropriate areas for each part which depend on the function of the building, and the environmental requirements are the most important consideration of the architectural designs . In the structural design, the structure will be designed using computer software; the analysis will include 3-D model, soil structure interaction, dynamic analysis, and seismic design. The HVAC, water, and sanitary systems will be designed through mechanical design. In addition to that, the electrical design includes lighting and power systems. Finally, emergency exits, alarm system, and fire protection system will also be included in the public safety design.
