| dc.description.abstract | Commercial building is one of the most important vital facilities in the country, so we must take care of this type of building. In order to reach an understanding of the standards and methods of design the building was taken in the city of Jenin located In the Sabah AL-Khair suburb area next to Nazareth Street where the area is generally overcrowded and this leads to the need of such buildings, the building consist 7 floors which is residential. The residential and Commercial buildings are part of the economy of the community and therefore the engineering stuff should be concerned with combining of the economy and the security.
