Abstract
The sports is still a phenomenon of civilization , beyond geographical boundaries , to reveal the true nature of man and the peace-loving , is transmitted to the spirit of fair competition for the better, is not interested in temporal events because it stems from the noble feelings and needs urgent psychological .Pursuant to this principle, some countries has a good focusing on sport, especially the ancient peoples and this is what we see on some traces of ancient inscriptions, when the Greeks appeared Torch Olympic about 884 BC, and began courses sports officially about 776 BC, and developed a laws stringent to regulate the practice, and evolve with time until they reached what we see today from a wonderful organization in the world Cup and Olympics.At a time when the rich cities in the world with tourists and sports fans and enjoy watching the World Cup and Olympics, crowded Palestinian cities, Israeli military vehicles and soldiers, and the stadiums are filled with detainees blindfolded and handcuffed. Palestinian sports movement suffer most under the Israeli siege and the separation of villages and towns from each other by barriers and checkpoints, as well as many athletes cited the uprising has killed more than 215 athletes Palestinians since the intifada, and more than 1,200 wounded, and thousands of detainees, in addition to destroying most buildings and sports facilities during the incursions of the Palestinian territories.
