| dc.description.abstract | In recent times, interest has increased in research centers and intellectual institutes. Every civilized society seeks to establish frameworks and vessels that preserve its achievements in the various fields of knowledge and to find institutions that lead to improved decision-making. A fact that reflects the interest of nations and peoples in science and knowledge and the prospect of the future. The study of the issues and problems facing society and the state and its analysis is one of the most important roles of the research centers. It has become a major tool for the production of many strategic projects. This interest has been reflected in the research centers in various forms, including the number of which is increasing day by day, and a lot of talk about the historical depth, and the stages of development, and the prospect of its current and future roles. Research centers are scientific centers of the first degree, whose main focus is on scientific research in various fields (often academic centers of educational institutions). Or is a building to be established for conducting experiments and scientific research in various scientific and applied branches. These research centers shall be established by specialized universities and higher institutes and shall be attached to the buildings of the university colleges or adopted as a specialized research center established by the State to promote research in the national form. concerned with research related to the agricultural sector from improvement and hybridization of the agricultural varieties found in the Palestinian farms, Area Center Marj Ibn Amer Plain Jenin City, the center hosts scientists and researchers from different regions of the world.
