dc.description.abstractThe College of Culinary Arts is an educational institution that aims to provide the highest levels of education and training in the culinary arts, in addition to encouraging young people to engage in various educational programs that open up wider and unfamiliar fields of work for them. This college trains students in various fields, the most important of which is cooking of all kinds, in addition to programs in business administration, hotel management, catering and others. The project aims to expand the scope of learning outside the classroom, enrich it with work in agricultural fields and practical laboratories, increase students' organic knowledge and take advantage of its location in an agricultural area. As for the building, it aims to promote the concept of sustainability and achieve it in various fields, whether in the process of agriculture, cooking food, or designing the building itself. Seeing food during its preparation, in addition to isolating the building with a green roof to compensate for building on green land. The building was designed on an area of 5 acres distributed over built-up areas in addition to outdoor gardens for agriculture.en_US
