Abstract
According to the bad situations affecting the daily life of Palestinian people and rapidly increasing of the population in Palestine, providing a suitable environment for them to live in appropriate conditions is one of the most significant roles for Palestinian organizations as general, and especially for the building engineers. So this project presents an integrated design for a residential building in Palestine.            The main objective for the project is to design an integrated residential building in all aspects. The first report of the project will include study of the special and general standards of each design aspect, study of buildings have similarity in the functions and site selection. The first report will involve also analysis for the proposed project. The second phase of the project will include design an integrated residential building in all aspects (architectural, structural, mechanical, HVAC system, environmental, public safety and electrical aspects).            The project discusses the environmental aspects from multiple sides like thermal and day lighting. Orientations of the spaces and relations between functions will be taken in the architectural design. The project also will involve design mechanical aspects such as HVAC systems, water supply and drainage system. Computer programs like SAP and ETABS programs will be used as a tool to analyze the structure of the project. The structural analysis may consider seismic load in advance. Public safety considerations will be taken in the design phase. Elevators, fire alarms and other relevant systems will be considered and designed in this project.             In conclusion, the project has been depicted integrated building in all aspects depending on the considerations and standards (general and special for this project). The appendix will include full drawings and calculations in this project
