dc.description.abstract	The idea for our second graduation project came to help people with special needs, especially the blind people In this project, we will design a cap that will be able to recognition people and help them to walk alone. This will be a replacement of the stick and be an easier tool to use. It also allows to capture people and save them and when to see them again knowing them. In the implementation, we will use the raspberry pi for the program our project. According to the hardware to be used, we will need an ultrasound, microphone, and headphone. From our point of view, this tool will be the benefit for recognition people and also as a teaching tool. The project use image processing to define the people by use python language, this language use it to make code this code can take an image and compare it with the save images in the data base and when know him the cap tell the bland the name of this person. When bland walk and face the wall the cap tell him to have a wall and guide him to right path by speak go to right or to left.	en_US
