The area south of nablus governorate, which includes seven localities (Hawara, Ainbous, orif, Asira al-Qibliyah, Madama, Jammaen, and Zita Jamain), has a population of 76292according to the Central Statistics Bureau in 2017. The region was chosen as a result of the overlapping of the areas described therein, where the viewer sees it as being highly intertwined due to the presence of several problems in the sectors such as the infrastructure sector, housing sector and population due to the continuous increase in population and the need for continuous expansion and services and to encourage joint planning.en_US
