Wireless power transmission or electromagnetic power transfer is the transmission of electrical energy from a power source to an electrical load without any conducting wire. Wireless power transmission is modern technology that released by Nikola Tesla, which reduce the use of copper wires. In this project renewable energy has been used as the source for wireless power transmission. Since the output from the solar cell is low, a dc-dc boost converter should be used. The boost converter converts the dc voltage to higher value, and then by using a class E power amplifier, the dc signal will be converted to oscillating signal and then fed to transmitter coil. By operating at resonant frequency and by achieving good coupling between the transmitter and receiver coil setup, the electrical energy gets transferred from transmitter coil to the receiver coil due to magnetic resonance between them. The transferred energy is converted back to DC using rectifiers and given to the DC load.en_US
