Dr. Glowy

Abstract

Dr. Glowy is an all-in-one mobile app providing skincare/beautification solutions. Such various user groups include customers, doctors, companies, and administrators, each with their own distinct features. The customers get to buy skincare and makeup products and fix an appointment with the doctor, and indulge in a fun community platform for content sharing, commenting, and discussion. Advanced resources of processing images for skin tone matching and skin problems detection give direction to the app user toward the appropriate product and solution tailored to every individual's needs. Doctors will have access to tools that help them plan their schedules and take advantage of an ample medical library; the library would include books, articles, videos, and also allow them to upload their own writing material. They are also part of the community and are able to give private pieces of advice along with chatting with customers privately. The companies will be able to use the app to showcase their skincare and makeup products, derive useful sales data from their end customers, and communicate with their clients. On this platform, products under sponsorship from Israeli occupation have been banned; this is actually the developers' way of contributing to the cause of the Palestinians. At last, the admin keeps the closest control of user generation and product mechanics that keep the platform running easily.
