CNC Sorting Mashine

Abstract

Classification of a combination of mixed colors is difficult to achieve by humans sometimes , especially if the number of colors is large . from this point of view we came with an idea for our second graduation project . In this project we will design a magnet picks up an object that carries a certain color and places it in the space allocated to it . it combines the objects of the same color in one box , and so on . In the implementation we will use ,Arduino board for programming the magnet and color sensor . according to the hardware to be used , we will need stepper motors and their drivers with a bridge holding magnet and color sensor . For our point of view , this tool will be benefit for arrangement of many mixed objects carrying different colors and teaching children colors .
