dc.description.abstract | Our project made to make scanning document in any size paper easier. The user has to take photos for the document and wait for the application to stitch it and show the result in one photo. Then if we have a text in a picture the user can get the text on it and make some editing and share it in the any social networks. The photos taken by the android android and depending on the SURF (Speed-Up Robust Features) detection algorithm and Ransac (RANdom SAmple Consensus) algorithm. After stitching the photos we depend on Tesseract Library building in Linux in order to make an OCR (Object Character Recognition) application. All of this algorithm and techniques will be shown in details in the next chapters. | en |
