dc.description.abstractDecreasing the risk degree we face in making decisions in our life is one of the most important goals we all aspire to reach. In this project, we believe that a step toward this goal is coming true. SRA (Systemic Risk Analysis) is basically an application which provides real time measurement, modeling and forecasting of financial volatility and correlations for a wide spectrum of assets. Using the tools of modern finance and risk management, it is possible to measure and model different types of risks and make a useful analysis of the online and up to date data we get from (stock market), such as, Volatility Analysis, Correlation Analysis, Liquidity Analysis. In order to develop this project in an efficient way, some steps need to be done. Collecting up to date data by connecting directly to PEX (Palestine Exchange) using specific APIs will be one of the very first steps we need in the developing process. Another source of data we need can be extracted form annual reports using a specific application. For statistical computing and graphics we will use statistical software such as R and MATLAB. Users will be able to get the maximum benefit by using the results uploaded to our website. This type of applications is not common in Mena region. There is similar, under development application in the USA but it only provides studies and analysis for western market.en_US
