Abstract
The progress of nations and peoples was measured by the progress of their scientific development. The knowledge and science provided by that mother in all scientific fields and the human sciences were divided into multiple sections, which emerged and evolved according to the human need and circumstances. One of the most important educational buildings from which science is taken and advanced lies in university buildings. Most scientific developed countries compete at the scientific level in their universities and the number of universities. One of the problems affecting Palestinian society is the lack of some educational institutions (universities) in some important disciplines, especially in agriculture. In addition, students wishing to sink in this specialization do not find room for them in a single university and therefore have to bear the burden of travelling and suffering to study abroad. Agricultural College is a college where students learn agricultural skills, so the main objective of the project is to submit a proposal for planning an agricultural college. I therefore proposed the design of a university to fill all existing gaps and to improve the status quo. Through this research, university education has been studied its beginnings and evolution. Study of the situation of higher education in Palestine, knowledge of the problems faced by this aspect. University towns were identified with their duties and composition and addressed design and planning standards and upgraded to find the proposed project program and the necessary spaces for each part of the university. At the beginning of the research, an overview of agricultural education and colleges of agriculture was presented. The site characteristics necessary for the work of an agricultural college were identified and relied upon in the planning of the college's site. The diagnosis and analysis process was then discussed at three levels (regional, local, and on-site). Then emphasis was placed on the analysis of the site itself from several subjects such as (soil, land tilt, wind direction, sun). The idea of the project was then identified and the spaces and spaces allocated to each activity or component located within the site were determined, the services distributed among them, the exit of the final exit of the streets, basins and land uses, and finally to the final scheme which included the above as well as details regarding the coordination of the site.
