dc.description.abstractDue to accelerated development in architectural engineering and in the life style of people, the need of new functions in buildings become essential to keep up with the development in the new large cities in the world. So, the engineers look to keep up with this development and thus they think to innovate something new that meets these needs to make something different and creative designs that achieve the biggest economic benefits to the owners and the biggest benefit from the land itself that the project will build on it.This type of buildings will be a big challenge since it will be designed in an integrated manner includes architectural, structural, electrical, environmental, mechanical, and safety aspects.Architectural design will exploit every single meter of area in a good way and there are a lot of functions in this building like entrances, exists, stairs, elevators, stores, parking in the basements, stores in the first three floors and restaurants in the next two floors and offices in the upperfloors, this divergence of functions and uses of building will give us a large area of work and effort. Also other design aspects will be taken in consideration and different software will be used to analyze the building in an integrative manner.At the end, a report which includes all design details and conditions in addition to the table of quantities and shop drawings will be submitted.en
