Abstract
The engineering design process is a series of steps that engineers follow to come up with a solution to a problem. Many times the solution involves designing a product (like a machine or service building) that meets certain criteria and/or accomplishes a certain task.  The book talks about a whole designing process of a secondary school in Nablus-Palestine. The book takes a form of a handbook or even a standard code for designing educational building with a live designing of a secondary school.  School building had chosen to satisfy the need of extra education building in that area, extra to that to create an educational system that satisfy humans comfort, and to come over the traditional problems that faces educational facilities.   A vast range of issues are addressed in this book, and some of those issues are as follows: people issues, program development, safety and health program implementation, intervention and prevention of construction incidents, regulatory interpretations, understanding, and compliance, Occupational Safety and Health Administrations expectations, health and safety hazards faced by those working in the construction industry, and sources of information.  As a guide and source reference for comfortable, safety and health in the designing  process, this book becomes the foundation upon which to build stronger safety and health facilities  within the educational systems.
