The project covers a study on the Al-Dana Factory for Veterinary Medicines, which is a leading Palestinian company specialized in the manufacture of veterinary medicines, which was established in the city of Nablus in 1993 by Palestinian specialists in the fields of pharmacy and veterinary medicine and is located in the industrial zone of Zawata. By visiting the factory, it was found that there are problems in warehouse management, including the lack of a demand forecasting system and the lack of organization and arrangement of raw materials and finished products despite the presence of dangerous materials. Thus, inventory management helps companies determine what inventory to order and when to order it, and keep track of inventory from purchase to sale. The practice monitors and reacts to trends to ensure there is always enough stock to meet customer demands and that shortages are caught early. The project aims to design an inventory management system for Dana Company, especially since the company lacks an effective system in planning, organizing and managing inventory and through the application of inventory analysis system, demand forecasting and other applicable tools will help in improving control procedures. Through several field visits and based on the available data a complete analysis of the existing stock management system was carried out in a way that ensures proper storage. Accordingly, optimum stock management models and policies were developed to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the system in the factory, using the actual sales of Dana veterinary products and categorizing the products on It is ABC from most important to least important based on sales and 12 products were selected based on their financial and moral importance to the factory, then a forecasting system was set up for the factory and the demand was forecast for 2022 and 2023 and the demand was transferred from the final product to the use of raw materials. The optimum policy for controlling the stock of raw materials and calculating the optimum quantity to order 17 raw materials has been defined. Then calculate the amount of safety stock required for each material and calculate the total cost of the optimal stock control policy. Finally, design the warehouse layout in order to optimize the storage, movement and retrieval of raw materials and finished products in the plant. These models are expected to restructure warehouses to ensure ease of storage, improve customer service levels, and increase the company's revenue and profiten_US
