Abstract
A “municipality "is a governmental and essential sector in every city, it has a major role in economic and social terms, and it has great responsibilities to provide all services to individuals in a comfortable and effective way, in this project the of the Hebron Municipality will be redesigned in all respects, in order to obtain an integrated building.
Information will be collected first through research and review of literature and books that cover subject and an integrated building will be built in terms of re-designing and modifying architectural plans, and environmental analysis, then choosing a structural system that suits the modifications and design. Architectural modification will be done first, which includes space and direction of spaces, and environmental design it includes natural and artificial lighting, sound systems, and natural and mechanical ventilation as well. Then the appropriate structural design will be made, taking into account the seismic and economic aspects, this is followed by the mechanical design which includes refrigeration systems, air conditioning, water and sewerage installations, then some costs will be calculated, all of which will be done through the use of some basic programs as AutoCAD, Revit and Etabs, and some programs on environmental aspects in particular.
All these studies and challenges between the different architectural, structural, environmental and mechanical disciplines, and how to find appropriate solutions and designs that are appropriate and compatible with all disciplines and the interdependence between them, and this compatibility produces a fairly integrated building and reduces problems after implementation
