Abstract
This project presents the design and installation of a semi-automatic production line for Sesame
Circle, a traditional sesame biscuit. The system improves efficiency, hygiene, and consistency by
automating key steps such as dough cutting, shaping, flavoring, baking, and packaging. The goal
is to deliver a cost-effective and scalable solution for small bakeries while preserving the authentic
taste and tradition of the product.
