dc.description.abstract	Sustainable Residential Complex: The project aims to design a residential neighborhood that meets the social and environmental standards of the city of Tulkarm , Sustainable and make agriculture one of the most important services that design the housing to be filled with an agricultural area containing land ,And the containment of each housing unit on an agricultural park, in addition to the distribution of urban farms in urban areas. The residential units are an open green area that extends on the longest axis of land, with a variety of services, with the aim of creating a new relationship ,Between urban and green areas, with residential complexes surrounded by semi-squares ,Especially in its designs, in order to give a special identity to each group. The residential units used the Mashrabiya stone element inspired by the Mashrabiya heritage tree in order to provide privacy, Heat balance and air movement	en_US
