| dc.description.abstract | This study aims at identifying the Contribution of Professionalism in Developing the Level of Soccer Game in West Bank. The researcher adopted the descriptive analytical methodology due to its suitability in this field of studies, the study sample was composed of (81) individual, which were randomly selected, the sample candidate of (47) player in four main clubs, (22) judges, (12) trainer of the same clubs, the percentage reached of 58% of the total sample while the judges were around 27%, at the same time players consisted of 15% of the total sample. The sample chosen were represented of 12 clubs, after data collection, the data were analyzed using the SPSS , the main results the study reached were that professionalism participated in improving the level of soccer game in the west bank from the perception of players, trainers and judges, moreover, there were a positive relationship between professionalism and performance level for the main teams in the Palestinian league of professional soccer game, this indicated the need of the athletic communist for professionalism. Finally, the researcher recommends that there is a need to establish sport facilities and distributed among the professionalism leagues to guarantee the needed infrastructure in preparing qualified cadre of trainers, judges, and players to reached the level of professionalism in soccer games, and also the importance of paying attention to the main clubs an increase their level to investment companies and expand the concept of professional to include trainers and judges. | en |
| dc.description.abstract | هدفت الدراسة التعرف الى مساهمة نظام الاحتراف في الدوري الفلسطيني في تحسين مستوى كرة القدم في الضفة الغربية، من وجهة نظر كل من اللاعبين والحكام والمدربين. وأستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي وذلك لملائمته لطبيعة تساؤلات الدراسة، حيث بلغ عدد اللاعبين (264) لاعباً موزعين على (12) نادياً، أما عينة الدراسة فقد تكونت من (81) لاعباً يلعبون في أربعة نوادي وهذا يشكل ما نسبته (31%) من حجم مجتمع الدراسة. وهم يمثلون (4) أندية من أصل (12) ناديا، واستخدم الباحث الاستبانة كأداة لجمع المعلومات والبيانات، وبعد جمع البيانات تم تحليلها بواسطة برنامج الرزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS)، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها الباحث: أن الاحتراف ساهم في تحسين مستوى كرة القدم في الضفة الغربية للمحترفين من وجهة نظر اللاعبين والمدربين والحكام، هناك علاقة ايجابية بين الاحتراف ومستوى الأداء لدى الفرق في الدوري الفلسطيني للمحترفين بكرة القدم. ويوصي الباحث بضرورة إيجاد المنشات الرياضية وتوزيعها على فرق المحترفين لضمان بنية تحتية جيدة لتطبيق الاحتراف، وتجهيز الكوادر الفنية من مدربين وحكام وتأهيلهم بالشكل الصحيح للعمل على تطبيق نظام الاحتراف بصورة جيدة، الاهتمام بالأندية وجعلها شركات استثمارية ومحاولة توسيع الاحتراف ليشمل المدربين والحكام. | ar |
