| dc.description | تعتبر الفراغات الحضرية الخضراء (الحدائق العامة) عنصر مهم من العناصر الفيزيائية الخضراء التي تشكل المدن والتجمعات الحضرية، فهي مكون رئيسي منذ نشأة المدن حتى الان. و على مر التاريخ تشكلت علاقة وطيدة بين الانسان والفراغ المتواجد فيه بحيث يكون هناك علاقة تكاملية بينه وبين بيئته. تعاني معظم المدن الفلسطينية من نقص و قلة في الفراغات العامة الخضراء " الحدائق العامة"، حيث في معظم المخططات الهيكلية نسبة "المساحات الخضراء أو الحدائق" لا تزيد عن 1% فبرزت الحاجة إلى دراسة المشاكل والتحديات والأسباب التي تمنعهم من زيادة هذه النسبة. و الحالة الدراسية في هذا البحث تختص بمدينة رام الله، حيث تم تشخيص الحدائق العامة(حدائق الأحياء، وحدائق المدن) في المدينة وتقيممها من الناحية العناصر المكونة لها وكذلك التوزيع المكاني بناءً على أسس ومعايير تخطيطة. فكانت النتيجة وعالرغم من وجود العديد من الحدائق الأحياء إلا أن صغر مساحة هذه الحدائق أظهر النقص الكبير في مساحة الحدائق القائمة بالنسبة للعدد السكان الحالي للمدينة.فكانت المحاولة بتغطية النقص من خلال تقييم المقترحات في المخطط الهيكلي إلا أنه في معظم هذه المساحات لا تصلح لتكون حديقة. وبالتالي ظهرت الحاجة إلى اقتراح مواقع جديدة لحدائق الأحياء، أما حدائق المدن فتم تلبية النقص من خلال المقترحات في المخطط الهيكلي"الحديقة الأثرية،وحديقة رام الله الجديدة" وتم تقديم مقترحات تصميم لهذه الحدائق وأيضاً لحدائق الأحياء مثل "حديقة حي الإذاعة" في الفصل الأخير من البحث. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Urban green spaces (parks) are an important component of the green physical elements that create cities and urban communities. Throughout history, a strong relationship has formed between human and the space in which there is an integral relationship between human and his environment. Most Palestinian cities suffer from a shortage of green public spaces (public parks), the percentage of "green areas or gardens" does not exceed 1%. so, in this study, I studied the problems, challenges and reasons that prevent them from increasing this percentage. The study case in this research concerned the city of Ramallah, where the public parks (neighborhood parks, city gardens) in the city were diagnosed and assessed in terms of its constituent elements as well as the spatial distribution based on planning bases and criteria. The small size of these parks showed a significant shortage of existing gardens in relation to the current population of the city. Consequently, there was a need to propose new sites for neighborhood parks. As for the urban gardens, the shortage was covered by the proposals in the structural plan “Archaeological Park, New Ramallah Park”. And Design proposals for these parks, as well as for neighborhood parks, such as the “ethaah district park”, were presented in the final chapter of the research. | en_US |
