| dc.description.abstract | ملخص تناولت هذه الدراسة مشكلة البطالة في بلدة طمون وواقعها وتأثيرها على الاوضاع الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والنفسية كما هدفت الى معرفة حجم البطالة وأسبابها وطرق معالجتها كما بحثت في الخصائص التعليمية والزواجية وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وتعتمد بياناتها ومعلوماتها على مصادر أولية وثانوية فهناك اسباب اسهمت في تفاقم الظاهرة أهمها: عدم توافق مخرجات التعليم مع سوق العمل، وندرة الموارد الاقتصادية. لخصت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها ارتفاع نسبة البطالة لدى الاناث بنسبة 76% مقارنة بالذكور حيث انخفضت نسبتهم الى 23% و ارتفاع نسبة الخريجين بعد عام 2000 ميلادي بنسبة 86% مما قلل من فرص حصولهم على العمل وكانت نسبة العاملين في القطاع الحكومي 41.5%. وخرجت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات من شأنها التخفيض من نسبة البطالة أهمها : دعم القطاع المحلي وإقامة المشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة وخاصة تمكين المرأة وتوظيف قدرتها ومشاركتها في الحياة العملية والتوسيع في سياسات التدريب للعاطلين عن العمل لزيادة قدرتهم ومهاراتهم وفتح مجال العمل لهم. Abstract This study deals with the unemployment problem in Tammoun town and its impact on the economic, social and psychological conditions. It also aims to know the extent of unemployment, its causes and methods of treatment, as well as the educational and marital characteristics. Descriptive method was used, and its data and information are based on primary and secondary sources. There are reasons that contributed to the aggravation of the phenomenon, the most important: the incompatibility of the outputs of education with the labor market, and the scarcity of economic resources. The study concluded some results, the most important of which is the high rate of unemployment among females by 76% compared to males. The percentage dropped to 23% and the percentage of graduates after the year 2000 increased by 86%, thus reducing their chances of employment. The study was carried out with a set of recommendations that would reduce the unemployment rate. The most important of these are: supporting the local sector and setting up small and medium enterprises, especially empowering women, employing their capacity and participation in the working life, and expanding training policies for the unemployed to increase their abilities and skills and open their work space. | en_US |
