| dc.description.abstract | This research includes the following: an introductory chapter, three chapters, the title shown in the lead-up research, and demonstrated the concept of Islamic economics and its inception, and then reviewed the most important public assets in exchange, but I have reviewed the controls with each other, and showed that the most important officer is satisfactory, Then, according to the most important ones, and some applications to it. | dc.description.abstract | هذا البحث يتضمن ما يلي: فصل تمهيدي، وأربع فصول، بيّنتُ في التمهيد عنوان البحث، وبيّنتُ مفهوم علم الاقتصاد الإسلامي ونشأته، ثم استعرضت أهم الأصول العامة في عمليات التبادل، أما الفصل الأول فقد استعرضتُ فيه ضوابط المتبادلين، وبيّنت أنّ أهم ضابط هو الرضى، ثم ذكرت أهم شروطه، وبعض التطبيقات عليه. أما الفصل الثاني فقد استعرضتُ فيه ضوابط عملية التبادل ذاتها، فبيّنت أن أهم ضابط هو إقامة العدل، ومنع الظلم، والذي يتفرع عنه فروع كثيرة، وأهم ما توصلت إليه فيما يتعلق بالمبادلات الربوية، أنه يجب مراعاة المثلية في القيمة عند التبادل، وكذلك يُراعى الصنعة، ويكون ردّ دَيْن المبادلات بالقيمة. أما الفصل الثالث فقد استعرضت فيه ضوابط محل عملية التبادل، وبيَّنت أقوال العلماء فيها، ثم خلصت إلى أنّ هناك توسّعًا غير مستساغ في هذه الضوابط، فاقتصرت على ثلاثة ضوابط للمحل، وهي: أن يكون حلالاً، ومعلومًا، ومقدور التسليم. | ar |
