Abstract
This project is located in Al-Baloua in Al-Bireh, the project is to design a complex for elderly people who are over 60 and generally able to care for themselves, and provides them with necessary care and housing for the purpose of recreation, entertainment, psychological comfort, exchange of views and acquaintance.
The main objective is to creating a special environment for the elderly in which most of their needs are met at these age stages, by designing the building according to the determinants that give psychological and mental comfort to the users, such as the use of curved lines and the availability of green areas and to provide good amount of lighting and the use of colors.
The project contains different types of housing from assisted to independent living, social areas, gardens, workshops, recreational areas, spa and gym.
