THE EFFECTIVENESS OF SCHOOL LEADERSHIP AND TO ACHIEVING SCHOOL EXCELLENCE FROM THE POINT OF VIEW OF SCHOOLS PRINCIPALS AND TEACHERS IN NABLUS GOVERNORATE

dc.descriptionThis study aimed to identify the effectiveness of school leadership in achieving school excellence from the point of view of school principals and teachers in Nablus Governorate. in achieving school excellence. To achieve the goal of the study, the researcher used the descriptive correlative approach due to its relevance to the nature and objectives of the study. A questionnaire was used to collect data from teachers (a quantitative tool), and the researcher conducted interviews with five principals (a qualitative tool). The results of this study were that there is a statistically significant effect at the significance level (.05) of the effectiveness of school leadership in achieving school excellence from the point of view of school principals and teachers in Nablus Governorate. The regression model was able to explain the percentage of (83.1%) achieving school excellence through the effectiveness of school leadership, Which means the effectiveness of school leadership has an important and basic role in achieving school excellence from the point of view of school principals and teachers in Nablus Governorate, while the remaining percentage is ( 16.9%), it is related to other variables that were not included in the regression model. This also means that other independent variables may play a basic or non-essential role in achieving school excellence. In light of the results of the study, the researcher suggested some recommendations, including Conducting reciprocal visits to school principals to identify the different ideas they present in their schools. Holding training courses and workshops for school principals to train them to achieve management excellence in their schools. Providing an appropriate school environment for students and teachers to create an atmosphere of excellence. Enhancing school leadership behaviors and strengthening the skills of developing outstanding school leadership performance. Encouraging innovation and innovation by conducting competitions for schools where excellence is achieved. Forming special committees to follow up the administrative work in schools.en_US
