dc.description.abstract	The report is taking about industrial CNC plasma cuttingmachine and how to build it from zero. Because of thesignificant gap between the global and local industrialmarkets and its hard to import this kind of industrial machineto our local market due to its very high cost and the lotrestrictions on it from Israel government this machine was built.The machine is used for cutting sheet metals in differentthickness 1-10mm using Hypertherm PowerMax 45 plasmacutter machine. This report will discuss the building process forthe machine from zero. Which will talk about mechanicalarchitecture for the X, Y, and Z axes with dimensions(workspace) up to 280cm in the X-axis and 125cm in the Y-axisand will talk about the principle of motion between these axesin terms. Then, the controlling principle that used MACH3software to control these axes and the driving motors whichthese drivers are used to control stepper motors, steppermotor is used to get a linear motion along the axes.	en
