"Mechanical Systems for jenin headquarter building"  The main object of this project is design mechanical systems for commander building in jenin headquarter.In this project first mechanical system design is HVAC system (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) very important system in every building. Provide proper air flow, heating, and cooling to each room. In this process HVAC systems can provide reduce air infiltration and maintain pressure relationships between spaces. This system represented by the central system of air condition system (VRV system). VRV goal was to build a solution unlike any other. One that not only elevates the level of high performance, but is equipped with advanced built-in intelligence and flexibility that could truly enhance the way you live. A revolutionary solution that could be constantly refined to respond instantly to your needs delivering an unparalleled level of control and Absolute Comfort.  The system designed based on the heat transfer laws (heating and cooling load). Heating load is the amount of energy loses from building at winter because the temperature outside the building is lower than the temperature inside the building so heat transfer from inside the building to outside the building we need to back it to building by the VRV system to make the rooms in building at comfortable inside conditions for people. Cooling load is the amount of heat enters the building at summer because the temperature outside the building is higher than the temperature inside the building so heat transfer from outside the building to inside the building so we need to remove the heat from the building. The VRV system use to make the rooms in building at comfortable inside conditions for people. The second system designed is water system like drainage system and water supply hot / cold systems which designed based on fluid basics and heat transfer of fluids. The plumbing industry is a basic and substantial part of every developed economy due to the need for clean water, and proper collection and transport of wastes. Plumbing also refers to a system of pipes and fixtures installed in a building for the distribution of potable water and the removal of waterborne wastes. Plumbing is usually distinguished from water and sewage systems, in that a plumbing system serves one building, while water and sewage systems serve a group of buildings or a city.And fire fighting was select and design in the project. Fire protection is the study and practice of mitigating the unwanted effects of fires. It involves the study of the behavior, compartmentalization, suppression and investigation of fire and its related emergencies, as well as the research and development, production, testing and application of mitigating systems. In structures, be they land-based, offshore or even ships. In this project we use programs to design the systems, like Toshiba software to design the pipes of the VRV system And Rivet MEP to show the project on 3D and calculate quantities.
