Abstract
تهدف الدراسة الى انشاء حرم جامعي للتدريب المهني والتقني، حيث تهتم الدراسة بتعريف التعليم المهني وتوضيح اسباب الحاجة للتعليم المهني في الضفة الغربية، حيث يساهم التعليم المهني في تخفيض نسبة البطالة بشكل عام، ومن جهة اخرى هناك نقص في عدد مؤسسات التعليم المهني بشكل عام في الضفة الغربية حيث يعاني الطلاب من مشكلة السفر لمسافات طويلة لدراسة التخصصات المهنية.
كما ان انشاء جامعة مهنية سينعكس بشكل ايجابي على المنطقة المحيطة بالمشروع مما يؤدي بالنهوض فيها اجتماعيا واقتصاديا، وهذا بدوره يؤدي الى خلق فرص عمل اضافية سواء على المستوى المهني او الاكاديمي.
بالاضافة الى ذلك، فان مشروع الجامعة المهنية يؤدي الى خلق بيئة حضرية للطلاب وذلك من خلال انشاء سكن طلاب نموذجي في محيط الجامعة بالاضافة الى خلق اماكن خاصة لتدريب الطلبة سواء في محيط الجامعة او في المناطق المحيطة.
The study aims to establish a university campus for vocational and technical training. The study aims at defining vocational education and clarifying the reasons for the need for vocational education in the West Bank. Vocational education contributes to the reduction of the unemployment rate in general. On the other hand, there is a shortage of vocational education institutions in the West Bank, where students suffer from long distance travel problem to study professional disciplines.
The establishment of a technical university will reflect positively on the surrounding area of the project, which will lead to social and economic advancement, which in turn will lead to the creation of additional employment opportunities, both at the professional and academic levels.
In addition, the university's technical project leads to the creation of an urban environment for students through the establishment of a typical student housing in the surrounding area of the university in addition to creating special places for training students both in the university and in the surrounding areas.
