Zaita town is located 14 km to the north of Tulkarm, within a group of villages known as Sha’arawiya, which belongs to Tulkarm Governorate. It is adjacent to the towns of Atil, Allar and Baqa Al-Sharqiya, and it is surrounded by the separation wall from the western side which separates it from the villages of Jit and Baqa Al-Gharbiyya in 1948 lands, and it’s lands extend into the Green Line. Zaita had a population of 3500 inhabitants in 2017 and located at a height of 100m above mean sea level. Water does not reach some buildings in Zaita town. This is due to population growth and expansion outside the structural plan and there are some problems that faces Zaita town in the water network. The objective of this project is to analyze and design the existing water distribution network in Zaita town. By layout the exits water network and analyze it by WaterCAD and re-design the water network for the future demand up to 20 years and the same thing for the waste water collection network (WWCN) specially there are some buildings depend on suction way to dispose their wastes so it’s crucial to design a new (WWCN) to cover all exist buildings and of course with a design for future (up to 20 years). Based on the analysis of the exist network we observed that, the general pressure in the network is approximately low, due to using large diameters in pipes which reflects a low velocity and affect directly on the pressure. The velocity also is very low but at the highest pattern demand (i.e. 4:00pm) it is somewhat acceptable but remains low . There is one reservoir in the village that is enough for the entire village and the pumping is continuous 24 hours and the water reaches almost all over the village. Based on load pattern used in the software it is clear that the use of water is minimum at 3:00 and 4:00 am when there is almost no water consumption , so we used a factor of 0.4 and this means 0.4 * 1052 = 420.8 m3/day if the consumption is constant all of day and the same thing at the maximum demand at 2:00 , 3:00 , 4:00 and 5:00 pm ,so we used a factor of 1.4and this means 1.4*1052 =1472.8m3/day if the consumption is constant all of day. After analysis’s the network the demand for the network was calculated and distribution the demand for all nodes in the network based on the pattern for the day. Based on the demand defined that some nodes the head on it was less than the average including of that the pump was added on the network to increase the head of the nodes to the Palestinian average . After making sure that all the nodes were within the specifications and there were no problems in them, the total network cost was calculated in addition to the cost of the pump. Because it was not possible to obtain plans for the current network for analysis, a sewage network was designed according to the engineering standards and specifications. Based on road and house network the sewage network was built on the road network ,take sure that most house get sewage network includes most of the homes in the village, and that network was moving by the gravity from the highest junction to the lowest one in the end of the network. Based on the analysis for the network the load was calculated for all junction and distributed it on the all junction from the load builder .After defined the load ,the slopes and cover was check in the network was with the specification range .en_US
