Abstract

In this project, a commercial center was designed in the western region of Nablus on an area of 45,000 square meters. This project includes four floors in addition to a basement. This design included service areas in the basement for loading commercial goods and the upper floors, which included 110 shops on different and varied areas, in addition to service areas such as bathrooms and service elevators. The horizontal and vertical movement was studied in the project as well. On the last floor, entertainment areas and restaurants have been created. As for the outdoor spaces, many green areas and parking lots have been added, in addition to seating areas and others.
