Abstract
The aim of this project is to determine the applied forces resulted from the rolling and deep drawing process using finite element analysis ABAQUS/CAE. Using both the analytical finite element program ABUQAS/CAE and the numerical approach found in the manufacturing process 1 course, the study will investigate the deformation shape and the maximum deformation force. The effect of the applied force measured from both methods will then be compared together. In the rolling process, the study will investigate: Firstly, the definition of rolling process and its some types have known, then its defects and who to reduce the force to keep energy, after that hot and cold working have known. Finally, sample of calculation and simulation using finite element analysis ABAQUS/CAE has done. On the other hands, the deep drawing process study explain the production process a deep drawing and theoretical force and the explain the hot and cold process .The aim of this project is to determine the applied forces resulted from the metal deep drawing using finite element analysis ABAQUS/CAE. then compare it with the theoretical force found in the book on manufacturing processes.
