single phase inverter

Abstract

  In this project, a single phase inverter is implemented with hardware setup and software program in PIC-C code.  Inverters are used in a wide range of applications, from small switching power supplies in computers, to large electric utility applications that transport bulk power.    The main feature used in microcontroller is their peripherals to realize sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM).   In this project, we designed the inverter in two ways the first way we use chopper (converter) in the circuit but unfortunately we facing problem Therefore, we have proposed an alternative solution is to use Transformer
