dc.description.abstractforce behind the creation of an architectural design for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Jerusalem. This design reflects the elegance and dignity of a state that stands on sacred land. To achieve this goal, it was essential to follow a thorough study and detailed analysis of the necessary planning and design standards. The project represents the nation’s aspirations toward a bright future that embodies its unique national identity and asserts its sovereignty through a design that bridges modernity and tradition. This research consists of five main chapters. The first chapter introduces ministries, their origin, concept, types, significance, and development. The second chapter analyzes two case studies: the first of an existing Ministry of Foreign Affairs building, and the second of a comparable administrative site. The third chapter focuses on analyzing the project’s location in Jerusalem, which is considered a strategic site near Al-Aqua Mosque. The fourth chapter presents the planning and design criteria required for a contemporary Ministry of Foreign Affairs that reflects the identity of Jerusalem and the sovereignty of Palestine. The fifth and final chapter concludes with the project design, poster, architectural drawings, and building elevations.
