Abstract
The main idea of this project is to have an affordable housing with an affordable standard, and cost, the selected area C, chosen for many reason, the most important reason is the cost of this type of area, the location of the project was in Jerusalem governorate, north of Biet-Hanina (Town), south of Bier-Nabala.
The total area of the project is 446.5 acres, include: Residential area, commercial area, open spaces, service area, urban future expansion area and roads.
